HTC has officially announced the new HTC Explorer 2.3.5 smartphone based on Android 3.5 and Sense Gingerbread interface with 600MHz processor and 3.2-inch display with a resolution HVGA. The Explorer is a HTC device economically, particularly suitable for young audiences and emerging markets.Among the other features of this smartphone there is a small 3-megapixel camera, support for 3G networks, WiFi, Bluetooth, assisted GPS, expandable 483MB of ROM, 512MB RAM, 1230mAh battery.
The 'HTC Explorer integrates some very useful applications and widgets including Data Monitor allows you to monitor data traffic, voice and SMS.
HTC Explorer will be available from October first in blue or black. Then come other colors. There is no information on the selling price to the public.
