BlackBerry Messenger 6 - Turning Social

RIM has released version 6.0 of BlackBerry Messenger, version some time in beta testing and appreciated by many users. Blackberry Messenger will be the center of the messaging on your smartphone: it is able to focus all in one e-mail messages, notifications, online services, instant messaging and also contained in the latest versions from social networks.
In the latest version Blackberry wanted to further improve the integration with the social world by giving the opportunity for third-party services to interact with your application. One of the first consequences of these changes, just to cite one example, the display of check-in on their Blackberry Messenger Foursquare.

The list of applications that can interact with BBM6 is available at this address already appears quite articulate. The availability of an SDK, in conjunction with the initiative of the developers, will further expand the range of available applications. We are obviously far from pure business use of the Blackberry device, but this is a trend that was already known for some time and growing. BBM6 should be available through the BlackBerry App World marketplace within a few hours.

The company is planning to release the resources to develop a strong communicator with a 4.3-inch touch screen and high-resolution 1.2-gigahertz processor. Points: RIM smartphone will be held no earlier than 2012.
