Sony Ericsson Xperia ray - a simplified version of the Smartphone and ultra-thin Xperia Arc

Sony Ericsson has presented at the ongoing CommunicAsia exhibition in Singapore in 2011 a new Smartphone  Xperia ray, previously appeared under the codename Urushi. The technology, which is a simplified version of the flagship Xperia Arc, made in the form piece with a slim body, framed in aluminum strip. Xperia ray, is running Android 2.3 Gingerbread, equipped with a 3.3-inch touch screen display with glass cover, support technolgy Mobile BRAVIA Engine and a resolution 854h480 points. The unit is equipped with 8.1 megapixel camera with autofocus, flash, support for recording HD video (720p) and geotagging, and frontal VGA-camera for video calls. The Smartphone is on board to 320 MB of internal memory, micro SD card slot for up to 32 GB, wireless adapters Bluetooth, Wi-Fi (DLNA), chipset GPS (aGPS), 3,5 mm audio port USB 2.0, FM-radio with RDS, web browser engine Web Kit clients and Face book and Twitter. Battery capacity 1500 mA/h provides up to 7 hours of talk time and up to 440 hours - in standby mode. With dimensions 111h53h9, 4 mm and weighs about 100 grams gadget.

  1. Yep, that's a neat one right there. I've been told the Xperia is one of the best smartphones to ever hit the market. My friends have all tried it out and were very pleased comparing to Iphone and BB.
