Samsung has plans to release 7 inch Tablet PC Galaxy Tab’s brand new model named Galaxy Tab7. The gadget will receive 1.2 GHz dual core processor Samsung Exynos, integrated graphics controller and a hardware acceleration unit operations encode/decode HD video. The tablet will equipped with 1GB of RAM, built in flash unit for 16GB, 7 inch touch screen with 1024X600 pixels, two cameras, a slot for flash card Micro SD, Wi-Fi module and 3G. As a software platform supports the operating system Android 2.3.4. Available model will appear in October or November this year.
